For groups we can also pair a tasting with specialties from our food menu. In particular, bruschette (including bruschette made with salted anchovies from Monterosso and pesto bruschette), salted anchovies, cheeses, cold cuts, smoked fish (tuna, swordfish and salmon) and meat carpaccios.

BRUSCHETTE:
We offer many different types of bruschette to pair with the various wines. These include: oil and garlic, hot pepper, tomato, tomato and mozzarella cheese, tomato and salted anchovies, tomato anchovy and mozzarella cheese, salted anchovy, lard, lard and salted anchovy, pesto, olive paste. Different bruschette can be paired with a tasting of 2, 3, or 4 wines.

MEAT AND FISH CARPACCI, COLD CUTS, CHEESES and SALTED ANCHOVIES:
According to a groups needs, the portion size of the accompanying dishes may be chosen: small, medium or large.
